If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log in to your account and select 'Return Item' next to your order history to receive a Return Authorization Number.

• 2.
  Package Securely

  Place the item in its original archival tube or box to prevent creasing or damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our curators inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
